Reliable support ticket creation

v2.137.2
  • FixSupport ticket creation now remains reliable when ticket history contains gaps or multiple requests arrive at the same time.

Consistent custom trial capacity

v2.137.1
  • FixSales-assisted monitor allowances now remain consistent across active trials, workspace usage, visual monitoring, and monitor creation.

Agency Proof Packs and clearer plan facts

v2.137.0
  • NewQualified agencies can request a concierge 3-site Proof Pack with desktop and mobile visual evidence plus a branded client-ready report.
  • ImprovedThe Agency report example now shows what changed, the surrounding monitoring evidence, and the action the agency took.
  • ImprovedPricing and onboarding now distinguish uptime cadence, visual cadence, raw check retention, and server metric history for every plan.
  • FixFree service monitoring pages now describe the actual Free check interval and notification channels.
  • FixOutdated Knowledge Hub content is blocked consistently across the public page and API.

Reliable homepage navigation

v2.136.1
  • FixHomepage menu links now land on the matching monitoring section with clear spacing below the navigation bar.
  • ImprovedThe new homepage retains the subtle grid treatment used across VisualSentinel public pages.

Monitoring that catches what uptime misses

v2.136.0
  • NewThe new homepage shows how visual, content, performance, SSL, DNS, uptime, and server monitoring work together with incident evidence.
  • NewAgencies can see how grouped server impact and white-label client reports support every monitored customer site.
  • ImprovedWhite-label reports now clearly describe weekly, biweekly, and monthly scheduled delivery.

Flexible custom monitoring capacity

v2.135.0
  • NewSales-assisted plans can now apply a contracted monitor allowance while retaining the features of the agreed base plan.
  • ImprovedCustom monitor capacity is now reflected consistently across workspace usage, visual monitoring, and monitor creation.
  • SecurityEnhanced security hardening.

Reliable first-site setup

v2.134.4
  • FixFirst-site onboarding now refreshes the active sign-in session before creating a monitor, preventing a recently verified account from being blocked until the page is reloaded.
  • SecurityEnhanced security hardening.

Recoverable email delivery

v2.134.3
  • FixSupport confirmations and staff replies now use an independent fallback delivery path when the dedicated support mailbox is unavailable.
  • ImprovedOrganization invitations now show their real delivery result and include a Resend action for pending invitations.
  • FixReports, billing notices, trial updates, welcome messages, contact acknowledgements, and feedback notifications no longer report email delivery as successful when it failed.

Reliable transactional email fallback

v2.134.2
  • FixPassword resets, invitations, monitor alerts, recovery notices, status subscriptions, and organization emails now use the configured fallback delivery path when the primary provider explicitly rejects a message.
  • FixMulti-recipient organization emails now retry only recipients that were explicitly rejected and report uncertain delivery outcomes accurately.

More accurate regional alerts and email delivery

v2.134.1
  • FixMulti-region monitors now remain degraded while any configured region is still slow and recover only after every region meets the configured recovery threshold.
  • FixSlow-response recovery messages now send only when the matching slow alert reached at least one notification channel.
  • FixTemporary email-provider server errors now receive a bounded retry and use the configured fallback delivery path when needed.

Apple sign-in and more reliable background monitoring

v2.134.0
  • NewSign in with Apple is now available on the authentication page alongside Google and GitHub, with a balanced layout across desktop and mobile screens.
  • ImprovedExisting subscribers can now preview and confirm plan downgrades and monthly or annual billing changes with clear immediate credits, charges, renewal totals, and provider-aware management.
  • FixA monitored website that times out during an element or freshness check now updates monitoring state without producing repeated internal error alerts or overlapping retries.
  • FixPublic DNS records and Cloudflare origin observations now remain separate, preventing temporary enrichment failures from appearing as real DNS changes.
  • FixOrganization performance digests now use the same reliable delivery path and suppression safeguards as other product email.
  • SecurityEnhanced security hardening.

Safer transactional email delivery

v2.133.1
  • FixAddresses with confirmed permanent delivery failures are now suppressed before future messages are sent, protecting delivery reliability without affecting valid recipients.
  • ImprovedInternal testing environments can no longer deliver transactional messages to customer or test-domain inboxes.
  • SecurityEnhanced security hardening.

Independent desktop and mobile monitoring

v2.133.0
  • NewBusiness and Agency monitors can now check desktop and mobile layouts independently under one monitor. Each viewport and sub-page keeps its own baseline, screenshot history, incident, and alerts.
  • FixVisual and content incidents now preserve the correct overall monitor state when several issues overlap, and one recovered viewport can no longer hide a change that remains active elsewhere.
  • NewSubscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play now synchronize plan access with the web dashboard and show the correct place to manage the subscription.
  • NewSign in with Apple is now available on the web when it is configured for the account.
  • SecurityEnhanced security hardening.

More reliable page monitoring and safer plan upgrades

v2.132.0
  • NewExisting subscribers can now preview the prorated cost of an upgrade and apply it to their current subscription directly from the pricing page. The flow does not create a second subscription.
  • FixA sub-page with no pixel difference no longer counts as visually changed when sensitivity is set to zero. Zero sensitivity now means any real visual difference.
  • FixElement and freshness checks added to a regular website monitor now run on schedule. Changing those settings establishes a clean content baseline without disturbing uptime or visual status.
  • ImprovedVisual settings now make desktop and mobile viewport choices clearer and explain how full-page capture affects change percentages.

Incident records are reliable on sites that flap

v2.131.3
  • FixWhen a site recovers and degrades again within moments, and checks from two regions raise the same issue at the same time, the incident record is now always written. Previously one of those checks could fail to record its incident.

Incident timelines always record how a case was closed

v2.131.2
  • FixWhen a harmful content incident closes, the closing note in its timeline is now written together with the closure itself, so a case can no longer end up closed without an explanation of why.

Harmful content incidents always close after recovery

v2.131.1
  • FixAn incident opened for harmful content now reliably closes once the site checks clean, even if the first attempt to close it was interrupted. A periodic check picks up any case that was left open.

Harmful content findings now appear as incidents

v2.131.0
  • NewWhen our screenshot checks find harmful content planted on a page, an incident is now opened for it, so the finding shows up in your incidents list, incident history, and client reports instead of only as an alert. The incident closes on its own once the site checks clean again, or when you accept a new baseline.
  • ImprovedThese incidents stay private to your dashboard and reports. They are never shown on your public status pages.

The visual tab now explains why a screenshot could not be taken

v2.130.0
  • NewWhen we cannot photograph a site, the visual monitoring tab now explains why in plain language, for example when a site turns away our screenshot browser, never finishes loading, or answers with an error page, together with what can be done about it. Previously these attempts retried quietly and the tab stayed empty with no explanation.
  • ImprovedSites that repeatedly deny our screenshot browser are now retried automatically with a lighter capture profile, which often restores screenshots without any changes on your side. When that is not enough, the visual tab shows exactly which addresses to allow.
  • FixWeb addresses with accidental spaces are now cleaned up or rejected when a monitor is created or edited. Previously such an address could be saved in a form that never checked successfully.

The all-clear is retried whenever it was held back

v2.129.11
  • FixThe "site is clear again" message is now retried in every case where it was temporarily held back, including when another check for the same site is already sending an alert.
