How does the 7-day free trial work?
Pick any paid plan and start a 7-day trial with full access to all its features. Your card is verified with a small authorization hold that is reversed immediately — you won't be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the 7 days are up, you pay nothing. Alternatively, start with our Free plan — no card needed at all.
What happens after my trial ends?
If you're on a paid plan trial, billing starts automatically after 7 days — we'll email you before that happens. You can cancel anytime during the trial at no charge. If you started with the Free plan, you simply stay on it with no changes.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for Enterprise plans. Payments are processed securely through Paddle.
What is your refund policy?
During your 7-day trial you are never charged, so there's nothing to refund if you cancel. After the trial, annual plans get 30 days for a full refund and monthly plans are refundable within 48 hours of each billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Save up to 25% when you choose annual billing. The savings are shown when you toggle to annual pricing above.
