What happens after my trial ends?

If you picked Free and never subscribed, your 3 oldest active monitors stay on the Free plan and keep running. If you started a paid plan with a card, your subscription activates at the end of day 10 and your first payment is charged. Either way, you keep your data, monitors, and status pages.

Can I stay on the Free plan forever?

Yes. The Free plan is permanent with no card required. You get 3 monitors (HTTP uptime + SSL certificate checks), 10-minute check intervals, EU + US regions, 1 status page, and email + push notifications.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for Agency plans. Payments are processed securely through Paddle.

What is your refund policy?

Trials are free, so there is nothing to refund if you cancel during the 7-day (Free) or 10-day (paid) trial. After the trial converts to a paid subscription, annual plans have a 30-day full refund window and monthly plans are refundable within 48 hours of each billing cycle.
