What Is Uptime Monitoring?
Uptime monitoring sends scheduled HTTP requests from outside your hosting to verify that a public URL responds with an allowed status within its timeout and response-time threshold. Visual Sentinel uses EU and US regions and checks TLS trust with the uptime request. Other evidence follows separate plan and layer rules: regional request timing comes from uptime checks, DNS history is stored every six hours from Solo upward, visual captures run every 30 minutes on Solo or every 15 minutes on Starter and higher, and configured content monitoring starts on Starter. A successful uptime result still does not prove that every interaction or private service works.
