We think you should fully experience Visual Sentinel before paying for it. You can start on the permanent Free plan and claim a 7-day Business trial with no card during setup. Or, if you prefer to pick a paid plan immediately, start a 10-day trial with a card on file (no charge until the trial ends).
The 7-day no-card trial
Free users can start a 7-day Business trial during setup:
- No card required for this setup-time trial.
- Business-level monitoring limits and features during the trial.
- Email reminders before the trial ends.
- The account returns to the permanent Free plan automatically when the trial ends.
Refunds by plan
Solo plan ($6/mo or $4.50/mo annual)
- 10-day card trial. Cancel during the trial and pay nothing.
- Monthly: 48-hour refund window after each billing cycle.
- Annual: 30-day money-back guarantee plus pro-rated refunds after day 30.
Annual plans (Starter, Business, Agency)
- 30-day money-back guarantee. Full refund within 30 days of payment, no questions asked.
- Pro-rated refunds on annual plans after day 30. Email billing@visualsentinel.com and we will calculate the unused portion (less the 25% annual discount).
- Downgrade credit on request. Email billing@visualsentinel.com after downgrading and we will credit the unused portion toward your next renewal.
Annual plans save 25% compared to monthly billing.
Monthly plans (Starter, Business, Agency)
- 48-hour window. Full refund available within 48 hours of payment for billing errors.
- No refunds after 48 hours. Since you had a full 7-day trial, monthly payments are non-refundable after the 48-hour billing-error window.
- Cancel anytime. Your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period.
We encourage monthly subscribers to use the Free plan, no-card Business trial, or 10-day paid-plan trial to validate fit before paying.
Why different policies?
With the optional no-card Business trial during setup and the 10-day paid-plan trial, you can evaluate Visual Sentinel with real monitors, test actual alerts, and rule out surprise limitations before you pay.
Annual subscribers commit to a longer period and receive a 25% discount, so we offer a 30-day guarantee plus pro-rated refunds. Monthly subscribers have already tested the service during the trial, so refunds are limited to 48 hours for billing errors.
What is not eligible
- Trial period cancellations (no charge occurs, so no refund needed).
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations.
- Monthly subscriptions outside the 48-hour billing-error window.
- Unused monitor slots or features.
- Third-party integration costs (external services).
- Refund requests made more than 60 days after payment.

Refund processing
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval.
