Refunds After 30 Days

After the initial 30-day period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

Downgrading Plans

When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, you receive a credit for the unused portion of your current billing cycle, applied to future invoices.

Canceling Subscription

  • Monthly subscriptions: Access continues until the end of your billing period
  • Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund for unused months (minus 2 months discount)

What's Not Eligible for Refund

The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Account terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Unused monitor slots or features
  • Change of mind after the 30-day guarantee period
  • Third-party integration costs (SMS, external services)
  • Refund requests made more than 60 days after payment
