Refunds After 30 Days
After the initial 30-day period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:
Downgrading Plans
When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, you receive a credit for the unused portion of your current billing cycle, applied to future invoices.
Canceling Subscription
- Monthly subscriptions: Access continues until the end of your billing period
- Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund for unused months (minus 2 months discount)
What's Not Eligible for Refund
The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Account terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Unused monitor slots or features
- Change of mind after the 30-day guarantee period
- Third-party integration costs (SMS, external services)
- Refund requests made more than 60 days after payment
