What changed?

In the saved baseline, a red hero fills the page width beneath a compact navigation bar. In the later capture, the red artwork appears in a smaller central block, with text continuing underneath on a white background. The structure and proportions of the page are visibly different.

How to read the evidence

Start with Compare to inspect both captures together. Before shows the saved reference. Broken shows the layout captured during this incident, not the website as it looks today. Difference shows the original comparison image, highlighting changed pixels. Select any capture to open it here, then choose Actual size to inspect the full-resolution image.

The recorded 62.23% describes visual difference between the captures. It does not mean 62.23% of visitors were affected, or that the website was unavailable. A visual change is a reason to investigate: it can be an intentional edit, changing content or an unexpected rendering problem.

Why this matters for client websites

Availability and appearance answer different questions. An uptime check tells you whether a page responds. Screenshot comparison lets you inspect what the browser rendered. Keeping both kinds of evidence gives your team a clearer starting point when a client reports that something looks wrong.
