New workspace navigation and appearance settings

v2.185.0
  • NewThe workspace has a new left menu (Overview, Monitors, Operations, Infrastructure, Status Pages, Maintenance, Alerting, Reports, Insights, Workspace) and a slimmer top bar. On narrower screens the menu shrinks to icons.
  • NewAppearance settings in the account menu: Theme (light, dark or system), Style (Glass with depth and motion, or Solid and flat) and Motion (full or reduced). Style and Motion are saved to your account, so they follow you across devices.

Pricing page corrections

v2.183.11
  • FixThe pricing FAQ now explains plan changes correctly: a downgrade applies right away, and the unused part of your current plan becomes a credit on your next renewal.
  • FixThe plan comparison lists only features available today, and annual prices read as normal amounts ($4.50, $1,341).
  • FixScreen readers now hear which plan each trial button starts, and every Yes and No in the comparison table.

Homepage corrections

v2.183.10
  • FixThe homepage now lists exactly the alert channels and check types available today.
  • FixText typed into the website check at the bottom of the homepage is readable again in light mode.

Faster AI explanations for unusual patterns

v2.183.9
  • ImprovedAnalyze with AI on an unusual pattern now answers in a couple of seconds instead of up to ten.

Clearer account emails

v2.183.7
  • ImprovedTidied the wording in a few account emails.

Two-factor sign-in with Google, GitHub and Apple

v2.183.6
  • ImprovedWhen two-factor sign-in is on, signing in with Google, GitHub or Apple now asks for your code too.
  • ImprovedCustom status page domains now confirm ownership with a TXT record. We show the exact record next to the CNAME instructions, and domains that are already verified keep working.
  • ImprovedAdding or verifying a custom status page domain now needs an owner or admin.
  • ImprovedWhen you change your custom email server or username, enter the password again before saving.
  • SecurityEnhanced security hardening.

Honest AI digests and insights

v2.183.5
  • FixThe AI digest now shows the real number of alerts sent to your channels.
  • FixNumbers in AI summaries always come from your checks. The AI writes the words, never the figures.
  • FixRegenerate on the AI digest and on incident summaries now writes a new summary, and the digest shows when its summary was actually written.
  • FixWhen a summary is written without AI, for example on a quiet day, the digest and incident pages now say so.
  • FixMonthly digests now count the whole month, and weekly comparisons count incidents the same way for both weeks.
  • FixAI insights now flags certificates that have already expired, and no longer lists paused monitors as down.
  • FixAI chat counts on AI insights no longer include support conversations.
  • ImprovedClearer AI insights copy, working links to the AI chat and the portfolio digest, and Refresh keeps your data on screen.

Analytics show only real data

v2.183.4
  • FixAnalytics charts now show gaps where there is no data, instead of a flat 100%.
  • FixLong ranges such as the last 30 days, the last year and All Time show every day, including today.
  • FixCharts over 7 days now count every check, so they match the numbers on the cards.
  • FixUptime and response time on Analytics and the Overview match your status pages and reports: checks that fail because of our own checker no longer count against your site, and response time is measured from successful checks.
  • FixThe Overview says No data yet for new or paused workspaces, instead of showing 0.00% below target.
  • FixA custom date range now includes its last day, and picking a single day shows that day.
  • FixThe Status Overview on Analytics no longer counts deleted monitors, and every monitor is counted once, so the numbers add up.
  • ImprovedThe SLA line on Analytics uses the uptime target from your settings, and charts over a day show dates on the time axis.

No repeat anomaly alerts

v2.183.3
  • FixRefreshing anomaly detection no longer sends another alert for an anomaly that is still open.
  • SecurityEnhanced security hardening.

Security hardening

v2.183.2
  • SecurityEnhanced security hardening.

One alert when a server takes several sites down

v2.183.1
  • FixWhen a busy server stops answering for several of its sites, you now get one grouped alert instead of an alert for each site.

See when bot protection blocks screenshots

v2.183.0
  • NewSee at a glance when a site's own bot protection is blocking screenshots, on the monitors list and the overview, with clear steps to fix it. You also get one in-app notification when it starts.
  • FixThe steps to let screenshots through bot protection now point to the right fix: allowing our checker IP addresses.

Security hardening

v2.182.2
  • SecurityEnhanced security hardening.

Fortnite and DoorDash status pages

v2.182.0
  • NewNew free status pages for Fortnite and DoorDash, with live checks from Europe and the US and a link to each company's official status page.
  • FixThe Adobe and Azure status pages now show results from both Europe and the US.
  • FixThe Venmo status page now links to the official PayPal status page, which lists Venmo, and checks the service Venmo's app uses.

Fewer, fuller guides on visual testing, Core Web Vitals and CDN outages

v2.181.2
  • ImprovedOverlapping articles on visual regression testing, Core Web Vitals and CDN outages now each lead to the one guide that covers the topic in full.
  • FixSome links inside blog articles pointed to a page address that does not exist. They now open the right article.

Free checker improvements

v2.181.1
  • ImprovedWhen a website check cannot finish, the free website checker now offers to keep watching that site for you, free.
  • ImprovedThe 504 error guide now links straight to a free check and to free alerts.

Clearer monitor settings

v2.181.0
  • ImprovedMonitor settings are now grouped by check, with a clear summary of each. The security certificate check and domain expiry reminders have their own sections and switch on or off instantly, with an Undo.
  • ImprovedLinks from an alert open the exact setting that fixes it.
  • FixChanging SSL reminder days for several monitors at once now saves correctly.

A clearer alert page

v2.180.0
  • NewA clearer alert page: a plain explanation of what went wrong, since when and where, what to do next, the evidence from each region, and a timeline showing which of your channels were alerted.
  • NewFix problems from the alert itself: acknowledge it, mute the monitor for a while, or turn off the certificate check for that site without leaving the page.
  • ImprovedThe incidents list is now a compact, easy to scan list that names each problem the same way as the alert page.

Mute and acknowledge alerts

v2.179.34
  • NewYou can now mute a monitor's alerts for a set time (1 hour to 7 days). Checks keep running, everything still shows in your dashboard, and possible malware alerts are always sent.
  • NewAcknowledging an ongoing alert now stops its repeat reminders. You still hear when the site recovers.

Certificate check setting respected

v2.179.33
  • FixTurning off the security certificate check for a monitor now stops certificate problems from failing that monitor or its screenshot and content checks.
