Per-region check history

v2.179.32
  • FixEach region's check history now shows when a site could not be reached from that region while other regions saw it up, and these regional blips no longer count against your published uptime.

More accurate checks from the US

v2.179.31
  • FixChecks from the US now report certificate problems as certificate problems, retry name lookups before reporting a failure, and identify themselves with the same published name as checks from Europe.

Private checker-blocked incidents

v2.179.30
  • FixWhen a site blocks or rate-limits our checks, the incident is no longer shown on your public status page or emailed to subscribers, and the service shows No data until we can check it again.

Pause all alerts keeps your settings

v2.179.29
  • FixPausing and resuming all alerts now keeps each channel's own on or off setting, so channels you turned off stay off.
  • ImprovedSending a test alert now reaches every address on the channel and tells you if real alerts would not be delivered there.

Content all-clear alerts

v2.179.28
  • FixContent check alerts now send an all-clear when the page shows the expected content again.
  • FixContent checks keep running after you upgrade from a trial.

Performance alerts

v2.179.27
  • NewPerformance alerts are now sent to notification channels where you select Performance, at most once a day per monitor, when a page scores poorly in its daily speed test.
  • ImprovedAlert rules in the API now send reminders while a problem continues, and require a monitor. Rules for conditions the built-in alerts already cover are no longer accepted.

Check locations you can trust

v2.179.26
  • FixCheck locations are now limited to the regions we run checks from, and TCP, ping and other non-web checks are clearly marked as running from Europe.
  • FixThe first check of a new or resumed monitor now runs from the locations you selected.

Consistent published uptime

v2.179.25
  • FixUptime on public status pages and badges now counts only completed checks of your site, and the status badge now always matches the page.

Security hardening

v2.179.24
  • SecurityEnhanced security hardening.

All-clears follow their alert

v2.179.23
  • FixAll-clear messages now go to the same channels as the alert they close, so a channel set to slow-response alerts also hears when things are back to normal.
  • FixOpsGenie alerts now close automatically when the problem is resolved.
  • ImprovedIf a possible malware alert cannot reach any of your alert channels, the account owner now gets it by email.

More accurate checks from Europe

v2.179.22
  • FixResponse times from Europe now include every redirect step, and keyword checks find keywords anywhere on long pages.

Outage status follows the alert

v2.179.21
  • FixOutage status now appears together with the outage alert, and alert delays are applied exactly.

Accurate DNS change alerts

v2.179.20
  • FixDNS change alerts no longer report records as removed and re-added when a DNS lookup briefly fails.

Our own outages no longer look like yours

v2.179.19
  • FixIf one of our own checking locations has a problem, your monitors are no longer reported as down because of it.

Incidents stay open until they are fixed

v2.179.18
  • FixIncidents for certificates, domains, performance and ones you open yourself now stay open until the underlying issue is fixed, and status page subscribers no longer get repeated certificate notices.
  • FixA monitor that is down or has a content problem no longer shows as operational before the issue is actually resolved.

Two-factor sign-in for every team member
