Plan changes apply to your monitors right away

More reliable outage alerts

  • FixEvery outage now gets its own incident, with one down alert when it starts and one recovery alert when it ends, even while a visual change, slow response or certificate warning is open on the same monitor.
  • FixResolving an incident by hand, or a down alert that could not be delivered, no longer delays or silences the alert for the next outage.
  • FixMissing-keyword alerts are now sent once as content alerts to your content channels, instead of as repeated down alerts.

Full-page visual checks catch pages that change length

  • FixFull-page visual monitoring now alerts when a page gets noticeably longer or shorter, for example when a section disappears or the styling fails to load. Before, a change in page length was treated as a settings change and quietly became the new baseline. Changing your own capture settings still resets the baseline without an alert.

AI features match each plan

  • ImprovedAI incident summaries, status update drafts and anomaly detection are included with the Business and Agency plans, and AI postmortem drafts with Agency, as listed on our pricing page. Locked features now show which plan includes them.

Deleting your account now cancels billing

Longer change history
