Report preview accuracy

v2.102.1
  • FixThe report preview on the white-label page now matches the report your clients actually receive, section by section.

Preview your branded client reports

v2.102.0
  • NewThe white-label page now shows a live preview of your branded client report next to the email preview, so you can see exactly what your clients receive before the first one is sent.

One navigation everywhere

v2.101.0
  • ImprovedOn very wide screens the dashboard showed a second navigation row that did not match the new sidebar. It is gone; the sidebar is the single navigation at every screen size.

Settings, sorted

v2.100.0
  • ImprovedThe Settings page is now organized into three clear sections: your personal settings, alerting defaults, and workspace administration. Same pages, much easier to find.
  • FixThe domains list on the white-label page now says when it could not load instead of appearing empty.

Your custom domains, visible at a glance

v2.99.0
  • NewThe white-label page now shows all your custom status page domains with their verification status in one place, plus clear guidance for connecting a new domain under your own brand.

More honest loading states

v2.98.3
  • FixIf parts of a monitor page or your report history fail to load, they now say so clearly instead of looking like everything is fine or empty.

Branding preview where you can see it

v2.98.2
  • ImprovedThe live email preview on the white-label page now sits right below the branding controls, so every color and footer change shows up instantly as you edit.

White-label settings cleanup

v2.98.1
  • FixThe white-label page now correctly recognizes trial plans instead of telling trial users they are on the Free plan.
  • ImprovedRemoved unused settings from the branding form and aligned what you can edit with what your plan includes.

Your past reports, all in one place

v2.98.0
  • NewThe Reports page now keeps a history of your generated PDF reports. Re-download any past report whenever you need it, instead of digging through old emails.

Page speed at a glance

v2.97.0
  • NewMonitor pages now show a compact page speed row with your key loading metrics, color-coded so you can tell healthy from slow in one look. Click it for the full performance breakdown.

See what changed, right on the monitor page

v2.96.0
  • NewMonitor pages now open with a "What changed" section: the latest visual difference on your page and the most recent text changes, side by side. No more digging through tabs to find out what actually happened on your site.

Small fixes to settings and onboarding

v2.95.1
  • FixAlert settings (failure thresholds and escalation timing) is back in the Settings page list.
  • FixIf you added your first website during signup but did not finish choosing a plan, coming back now takes you straight to the plan step instead of asking you to add your website again.

Monitor pages lead with what matters

v2.95.0
  • ImprovedMonitor pages no longer repeat the same numbers twice. The health strip at the top is now the single source for status, and the AI summary moved from the bottom of the page to right where you start reading.

A simpler, calmer navigation

v2.94.0
  • ImprovedThe dashboard sidebar went from 26 items to 12. Monitor views (Uptime, Performance, SSL, DNS, Visual, Content) now live as tabs inside the Monitors page, and account pages are grouped under Settings and Organization. Every page is still exactly where its old link pointed.

A softer, clearer dark theme

v2.93.0
  • ImprovedThe dashboard dark theme moved from pure black to softer, layered neutrals. Cards and panels now sit visibly above the page, which makes long monitoring sessions easier on the eyes. This is the first step of a larger design refresh.

Passwords for social sign-ins and a clearer server pressure view

v2.92.0
  • NewSigned up with GitHub or Google? You can now set a password from your profile page to also sign in with your email address. Previously the form asked for a current password that social sign-ins never had.
  • NewThe server dashboard now shows a load pressure gauge. When you get a "server under pressure" alert, you can see exactly what triggered it: how much work is queued per CPU core, which can spike even while the CPU percentage looks normal.

Ticket attachments, clearer usage limits, and a better menu

v2.91.0

A batch of fixes and polish driven directly by customer feedback. Thank you to everyone who reported these.

  • NewYou can now attach screenshots, CSVs, and files when creating a support ticket, and they reach our support team with your ticket.
  • NewThe website menu now has proper Product, Tools, Compare, and Resources dropdowns on desktop, so agency pages, free tools, and comparisons are one click away.
  • FixThe usage panel on organization settings now shows your plan's real allowances. It previously showed confusing numbers like "2 / 0" for monitors and users, especially during a trial.
  • FixMonitor settings polish: sections no longer jump while expanding, and buttons use consistent labels throughout.
  • ImprovedReport settings now warn you about unsaved changes with a save bar that follows you down the page, and sending a test report saves your changes first so the test matches what you configured.
  • ImprovedPages that need a higher plan now show a clear upgrade prompt instead of an error asking you to try again.

Start your free trial right from plan selection

v2.90.0
  • NewThe plan-selection step after signup now offers the 7-day Business trial directly: one click, no card needed, and your monitor keeps running with 1-minute checks, visual monitoring, and scheduled reports. Previously the trial was only offered on the dashboard after you had already picked a plan.

Honest certificate alerts and friendlier setup errors

v2.89.4
  • FixWhen a certificate problem is fixed, the recovery alert now says the certificate is verified again instead of claiming the site "was down". The alert down-and-recovered pairing is also more reliable: an outage that follows shortly after a certificate problem now gets its own down alert instead of being silenced.
  • FixEntering a misspelled website address when adding a monitor now shows a clear message ("We could not find a website at that address") instead of a technical error code.
  • FixSupport ticket confirmation emails now deliver reliably.

A new home for agencies, plus two honest comparisons

v2.89.0

If you manage websites for clients, there is now a dedicated overview of how Visual Sentinel fits that work: monitoring every client site, alerting your team first, and giving each client branded proof.

  • NewNew pages for agencies and multi-site teams: an agency overview, a guide to white-label client reports, and a guide to running website care plans, all reachable from the site footer and menu.
  • NewTwo new comparison pages: Visual Sentinel vs AgencyAnalytics and vs ManageWP. Both are honest about what each tool does better, including the things Visual Sentinel deliberately does not do.
