and your data.

Delete it yourself

You can delete your account at any time. No need to contact us:

• Mobile app: open Settings → Delete account, enter your password, and confirm the prompt.
• Web: sign in at visualsentinel.com/profile, then open the Security tab and choose Delete account.

Request deletion by email

If you can't sign in, email support@visualsentinel.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your user profile: name, email, and authentication identifiers.
• Your organizations, monitors, incidents, alerts, screenshots, and notification settings (where you are the sole owner).
• Registered mobile push tokens and analytics identifiers.

What we may retain

We keep a limited set of records only where required by law or for legitimate business needs, for example invoices and payment records (billing is handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle), for the period required by tax and accounting regulations. These are not used to re-identify you for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Active subscriptions

If you subscribed on our website, deleting your account (or a workspace you own) cancels that subscription right away, and you will not be charged again. Before you confirm, we may offer 20% off your next month. The offer is optional: you can say no and continue straight to deleting.

If we can't cancel the subscription for any reason, nothing is deleted. We show you a link to the billing portal so you can cancel it there, then you can come back and finish deleting. You can also contact support@visualsentinel.com and we'll help.

Subscriptions bought in the mobile app through the App Store or Google Play can only be cancelled by you, in your device's subscription settings. Deleting your account does not stop those charges, so cancel them there first.
