About DoorDash
DoorDash is a food and grocery delivery platform that connects customers, restaurants and other stores, and the Dashers who deliver orders. DoorDash's official status page is written mainly for merchants and developers. It covers marketplace orders, menu updates, the Merchant Portal, the Merchant Tablet, the Business Manager app, Dasher status updates sent to stores, DoorDash Drive deliveries and its API, and the online ordering sites DoorDash runs for restaurants. It has no separate row for the customer app or the Dasher app, so a problem placing an order may show up only as an Orders incident. Some past DoorDash incidents followed outages at providers it relies on, such as AWS and Cloudflare.
